Board resolutions were passed on 28 July 2020 noting and accepting the resignation of Mr Loren Starr as a director of the Issuer with effect from 31 July 2020 and the appointment of Ms Laura Allison Dukes as a director of the Issuer with effect from 1 August 2020.
