The Issuer's financial year end is 31 December of each year. It is expected that the audited consolidated financial statements of the Issuer group will be available on the website set out above within 150 days following the end of the Issuer’s fiscal year ending December 31, 2021 and within 120 days following the end of each fiscal year of the Issuer thereafter.
