Advanced Cables Plc (the Issuer) has today sent the following Notice to Noteholders by email:
NOTICE TO NOTEHOLDERS
Advanced Cables Plc: Senior unsecured inflation linked sustainable loan notes 2028 (the Loan Notes)
You are an existing loan note holder in Advanced Cables Plc (a Noteholder). The Issuer has been
approached by an investor wishing to subscribe for further Loan Notes. In accordance with s.6 of the
amended and restated instrument dated 25 September 2024, any further issue of Loan Notes will first
be offered to Noteholders for subscription in such amount as bears the same proportion to the total
principal amount of the Loan Notes to be issued. A Noteholder is not obliged to accept any such offer.
The Board of the Issuer believe it is in the best interests of the Issuer to issue further Loan Notes of up to £700,000. These Loan Notes will be issued in registered form in minimum denominations of £100 and shall be fully paid up upon issue (the Offer). The Offer is open to subscription until 17:00 GMT on Thursday 21 November 2024. Any Loan Notes issued pursuant to the Offer will apply for admission to The International Stock Exchange.
