CHANGE TO NOTE TERMS
EUR10,005,000 profit participating notes (the "Notes")
The Issuer wishes to announce that it has amended the terms of the securities purchase agreement dated 26 January 2018 that constitutes the Notes.
The amendment has removed Clause 5.1(d), which reads as follows:
The Issuer shall not have or form or cause to be formed, any subsidiaries or subsidiary undertakings of any other nature (other than any subsidiaries or subsidiary undertakings intended to act as risk retention holders under US risk retention requirements) or have any employees or premises.
