Further to the press release made on 24 August 2021, the entire shareholding of Advent Capital (Holdings) Ltd (“Advent”) has now transferred from RiverStone (Barbados) Limited (a parent company of Advent) to RiverStone International Limited, the new holding company.
This arrangement does not impact Advent’s ability to service its listed debt.
